Dr. Duggan joined the Associated Anesthesiologists of the Finger Lakes in 2007. His hospital affiliations include:

Dr. Duggan received his undergraduate degree from Binghamton University and his medical training at St. George's University School of Medicine. He completed his internship year in internal medicine at Wilson Medical Center in Johnson City, NY, and his residency in Anesthesiology at University Hospital in Syracuse, NY.

Dr. Duggan is board certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology. He is a member of the American Medical Association.
